Hi Stefi

You can import passwords into a desktop copy of Firefox and then use Firefox Sync to bring them to Firefox for iOS. This support article will help you get started:

Hello there! I saw your reply, and... it did not help. I want to transfer those passwords from the .CSV file on either An iPad or my Samsung phone. Due to not having a PC, i cant do this. Have a Nice Day! -Stefi
